These pages allow me to express my views, opinions and thoughts about the racial, political and economic condition of our nation in terms of the written word and as a pictorial political commentary.
I believe that the racial, political and economic conditions/ positions of this country are inexplicably entwined and cannot be discussed separately, for one will not improve the other, alone.
I comment on the problems, and we do have problems, the possible solutions; and how I see others profess, either a genuine love of country, or those who use our citizens, and their contributions for political or monetary gain or otherwise.
The successful opportunities are endless if we work together toward everyone's "pursuit of life, liberty and happiness".... But there are those among us who see the rest of us as pawns in their game of greed.... and will lie, steal, cheat, be deceitful and dishonest at any cost to attain their goal, knowing full well that their individual success means the demise of the rest of us, who believe in democracy, human rights and a civil caring society, looking after each others' well being....being fair and honest and ethical, sharing the fruits of this great experience and making a way for others to follow.
That Statue of Liberty, given to us, oh so long ago, means so much to all who are here and have lived and died for it's lantern to be true, to cherish it's symbolism and we should do all we can to insure its idea for eternity...
But wishing good thoughts will not make them true , and as I said earlier, there are those who are against the will of those who want to make our lives better; so I use this forum to express my thoughts in the hope that you think likewise, for the more voices that spring up in unison, in opposition to the forces that wish to tear us apart, the more we insure that we will leave a nation that they can be proud to call, "My Country, The United States of America".
So, I've said my piece, expressed my views, and will continue to do so, so let's see what you have to say... on my commentary or otherwise....
